Students are capped at $20,000 for funding during participation in Flagship.
- Up to $3,500 for the domestic summer program.
- Up to $7,000 for the overseas summer program.
- Up to $15,000 for the Capstone program.
The Chinese Language Flagship for management purposes will be disbursed twice. The specific disbursement schedule may vary each year.
Contracted ROTC students will be fully funded for summer and Capstone programs.
Flagship Students cannot apply for funding from foreign governments together with the Flagship Scholarship. (This means no accepting funding from foreign governments)
Current students may apply for Flagship scholarships to attend any of our approved summer study abroad or Capstone programs.

Flagship scholarship application process

Notify Flagship staff about study abroad plans (for the upcoming summer) in November.

Research Flagship-approved programs and begin applying to top choices in December.
